Sliding Scale Tuition

We are trying to make Morse Hill accessible to more families, so we will be using a sliding scale again this summer.

Prices listed on our website show the base cost for camp as the Tier 1 cost. Additional Tiers and associated costs are shown on each camp page. During the online registration process via CampDoc, you will be prompted to list your household income. Each income level over $45,000/year annual household income adds an additional cost to the base price.

Income Levels:

Under $45,000/year: No additional cost

$45,000- $75,000: Add 8% of the base cost

$75,000 - $120,000: Add 12% of the base cost

$120,000- $180,000: Add 20% of the base cost

$180,000 and up: Add 35% of the base cost

This self-attested measure helps us more fairly spread the cost of camp for families and community members while ensuring a fair wage for our staff. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a more equitable model.

Coupons and Discounts

We offer a number of coupons and discounts to help with the cost of camp:

  • Our TimelyPay discount offers a $13 savings if you pay the cost of camp in full two months before the start of camp

  • Our Multi Camp discounts offer savings for every additional week of camp your camper is registered for, starting at $13 off the second camp.

  • Our Sibling discounts offer a $13 off, savings for each sibling.

Paying by check instead of credit card:

  • Listed camp costs include all fees. To avoid paying credit card fees, you will be prompted to enter coupon codes to pay by check which will save you 3.95%of the total. We welcome check payments!

  • You can visit our Guide to Paying by Check for more details. We apologize ahead of time for the confusing process. Our registration company does not have a way to make it simpler as they are trying to encourage customers to use a credit card so they can charge the 3.95% convenience fee.

Scholarships

Please reach out for more information on the scholarships we have available. Usually, we are able to offer partial scholarships for one week of day camp for up to two siblings in the same family.
