Each camp will list whether there are spots available or whether that offering now has a waitlist. Please do consider adding your camper to the waitlist via CampDoc (our registration provider), as spots often open up as we get closer to the summer. You may email regularly to enquire about any movement on the waitlist.

Transportation is available from Amherst and Northampton for most camps. Each camp page will list whether transportation is available for that camp type.
In the past we have provided either van or school bus transportation, and we may use either one this summer. You can register for transportation in CampDoc separately for each week of camp your child is registered for. You can find more information on our Transportation Page.
For campers who use our transportation, we send a trailer on bike day to pick up and return bikes to families and caregivers.

You will receive an emailed itinerary a few weeks before camp with a list of the activities and day by day items your camper should bring to camp. Itineraries will also be available in your camper’s CampDoc profile. You can contact us by email or phone with any additional questions.

We have five buildings and four shelters available in case of heavy rain. Otherwise, we continue the fun in the rain! Please send your camper with rain gear; boots, poncho/raincoat, and a change of clothes in their backpack.

All of our Day Camps have an optional overnight on Thursday nights. Campers entering 4th grade and up are eligible to participate in the overnight.
Campers may sleep in tents or in our cabins, depending on the weather and group needs.
You can see what our cabins and other facilities look like by visiting our Campus and Facilities Page.
Specialty camps such as Canoe Camp, AET, Base Camp, and Hike and Canoe Camp have additional overnights as noted on their individual camp pages.

We do not have a fully nut-free campus. If any camp group has an anaphylactic allergy, we ask families/caregivers to avoid that allergen when packing lunches. We do offer gluten-free and non-dairy options and substitutions.
Please note any food allergies when completing your camper’s Health Profile in CampDoc. We provide alternative options for meals if needed.
-
Bike rentals are available and are an “add-on” during the registration process on CampDoc. If you need assistance or need to add a bike rental after completing registration, you can email or phone us for help.
On bike day we welcome the opportunity to help your camper love biking as much as we do! While we do not provide alternative activities, we work with campers of all different biking ability levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to ensure they have an enjoyable day.
