Transportation:
Transportation requires a separate registration from camp session. Please register your child/ren for each week you need transportation IN ADDITION TO registering them for each camp week. Take note that if you register your child for a 2-Week Camp, you'll need to register them for both weeks of transportation separately.
Transportation is available on a first come, first served basis. Using this new registration model will allow us to equitably distribute spots on the bus across all day and 2-week camps. Transportation will show "WAIT LIST" when full. If your camper is not registered for transportation, we cannot guarantee them a spot if they arrive for the bus/van on the Monday of camp.
Transportation is not available for the following camps: AET, Hike and Canoe, and Base Camp.
The bus leaves from Amherst Regional High School at 8:30am and returns at 4:30pm. The bus leaves from Northampton from Sheldon Field at 8:10am and returns at 4:50pm.

Transportation Info and Expectations:
We have used both Morse Hill vans or a hired bus in the past. When using a bus, a Morse Hill staff person will accompany campers morning and evening and will serve as a bus monitor. Campers should follow typical behavioral guidelines such as stay in your seat until it is time to unload, keep your hands to yourself, use soft voices, use camp appropriate language and follow the safety guidelines of the driver and monitor. Campers who are not able to meet these expectations will be reminded of the camp Full Value agreement and if behavior continues to be unsafe, parents/guardians will be called and may be asked to find other transportation for their camper.
The van/bus from Northampton leaves Sheldon Field (26 Old Ferry Rd) parking lot at 8:10 am and arrives back at 4:50 pm. Please arrive by 8:05 am to check your child in promptly. Please arrive by 4:50 to pick up your child so staff can finish their day.
The van/bus from Amherst leaves Amherst Regional High School (21 Mattoon St) parking lot at 8:30 am and arrives back at 4:30 pm. Please arrive by 8:25 am to check your child in promptly. Please arrive by 4:30 to pick up your child so the bus can continue to the Northampton drop off in a timely manner.
